The Evaluation
A designer will walk the home, gather information about the neighborhood and put together a proposal based on the home, size, price, market and home staging budget.
The Proposal
Once our team has the signed proposal and deposit, we will reserve your staging day.
The Stage
Our team will bring in hand picked, quality, modern, stylish, furnishings and accessories, as discussed in the proposal, to complete the staging process. Once we are finished, we will notify the client for the reveal.
The Sale
Once the home is sold and passed inspection, our team is notified and we will schedule the de-stage.
The De-Stage
Our team will arrive and pack up all staging items and return them to the warehouse.
